Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pojemnościowy czworościenny czujnik odchylenia od pionu oraz sposób określania odchylenia od pionu. Pojemnościowy czworościenny czujnik odchylenia od pionu zaopatrzony jest w stożkowy dwuczęściowy korpus i znajdujący się w nim ruchomy element o kulistym kształcie przewodzący prąd elektryczny umieszczony w przestrzeni (2) ograniczonej przez zestaw czterech elektrod. Elektrody są rozstawione tak, że ich stykowe powierzchnie czołowe tworzą układ geometryczny odpowiadający czterem ścianom czworościanu foremnego. Powierzchnie stykowe każdej z naprzeciwległych elektrod są rozmieszczone w odległości większej od średnicy ruchomego elementu. Korpus ma zasadniczo stożkowy kształt i zawiera część górną z elektrodą górną oraz cześć dolną i charakteryzuje się tym, że część dolna posiada równomiernie rozmieszczone na jej obwodzie otwory mieszczące trzy elektrody boczne. Odstępy pomiędzy sąsiadującymi elektrodami bocznymi i elektrodą górną są mniejsze od średnicy ruchomego elementu.The subject of the application is a capacitive tetrahedral vertical deviation sensor and a method for determining vertical deviation. The capacitive tetrahedral vertical deviation sensor is equipped with a conical two-piece body and a movable, spherical-shaped electrically conductive element located in the space (2) limited by a set of four electrodes. The electrodes are spaced so that their contact faces form a geometric arrangement corresponding to the four faces of a regular tetrahedron. The contact surfaces of each of the opposite electrodes are spaced at a distance greater than the diameter of the moving element. The body has a generally conical shape and includes an upper part with an upper electrode and a lower part, and is characterized by the fact that the lower part has holes evenly distributed around its circumference, housing three side electrodes. The gaps between adjacent side electrodes and the top electrode are smaller than the diameter of the moving element.
