Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do oczyszczania wody, które zawiera kawitator hydrodynamiczny. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera: wlot wody oczyszczanej, pompę obiegową (18), obiegowy rurociąg z zaworem sterującym (16, 41); co najmniej jeden konfuzor (37, 39) z jednej strony połączony z rurociągiem obiegowym (20, 36); co najmniej jedną rurę wlotową (23, 26, 29) odczynnika chemicznego zawierającą zawór, wprowadzoną do konfuzora (37, 39); co najmniej jeden kawitator wirnikowy zamocowany na rurze wlotowej (23, 26, 29) wewnątrz konfuzora (37, 39); co najmniej jeden kawitator stożkowy (21, 24, 27) umieszczony na końcu rury wlotowej (23, 26, 29) wewnątrz konfuzora (37, 39) i za kawitatorem wirnikowym; co najmniej jedną komorę przepływową (22 25, 28) umieszczoną za konfuzorem (37, 39); dyfuzor (30) umieszczony za komorą przepływową (22, 25, 28); wylot oczyszczonej wody (36). Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób oczyszczania wody przy wykorzystaniu kawitatora hydrodynamicznego, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera etapy: a) wprowadzenie oczyszczanej wody do obiegu cyrkulacyjnego (20) zawierającego zawór sterujący (16) jej przepływem; b) wprowadzenie oczyszczanej wody z obiegu cyrkulacyjnego (2, 20) poprzez co najmniej jeden konfuzor (37, 39) do co najmniej jednej komory przepływowej (22, 25, 28) przy równoczesnym doprowadzeniu odczynnika chemicznego przez co najmniej jedną rurę dopływową (23, 26, 29) zawierającej zawór i zakończonej kawitatorem stożkowym (21, 24, 27) do powstałej w przepływie wewnątrz komory przepływowej (22, 25, 28) wnęki kawitacyjnej, przez co w komorze przepływowej (22, 25, 28) zachodzą procesy hydrodynamiczne i woda zostaje oczyszczona w wyniku reakcji pomiędzy odczynnikiem chemicznym i oczyszczaną wodą; c) wprowadzenie uzyskanej mieszaniny do konfuzora (30) gdzie poprzez zmianę ciśnienia przepływu następuje wzmożona reakcja chemiczna oddziaływania wody i odczynnika chemicznego; d) wyprowadzenie oczyszczonej wody oraz pary i oparów odczynników chemicznych poprzez wylot (35,36) obiegu cyrkulacyjnego (20, 36).
