Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób ograniczenia emisji amoniaku w hodowli drobiu w budynkach inwentarskich/kurnikach. Sposób polega na tym, że do paszy spożywanej przez drób grzebiący dodaje się spreparowany komponent tufu bazaltowego w ilości 1% do 3% wagowych w stosunku do całkowitej wagi paszy spożywanej przez drób grzebiący. Komponent tufu bazaltowego zawiera ziarna o wielkości od 30 µm do 1 mm. Powstałą mieszaninę komponentu tufu bazaltowego z paszą poddaje się procesowi homogenizacji. Komponent tufu bazaltowego jest wytwarzany z kamienia tufu bazaltowego, który poddaje się wstępnemu kruszeniu w kruszarce młotkowej do ziaren o wielkości 0,5 cm do 2 cm, po czym pokruszone ziarna tufu bazaltowego poddaje się mieleniu w młynach walcowych do wielkości ziaren od 30 µm do 6 mm. Przemielony tuf bazaltowy jest poddawany procesowi przesiewania, w trakcie którego zostają wyodrębnione frakcje od 30 µm do 1 mm jako komponent tufu bazaltowego dodawany do paszy przeznaczonej do karmienia drobiu grzebiącego, frakcja o wielkości ziaren od 1 mm do 2 mm jest przeznaczona jako dodatek do ściółki, natomiast frakcja od 3 mm do 6 mm jest przeznaczona jako osobny materiał do połykania przez drób grzebiący w formie komponentu pokrywającego potrzeby behawioru pokarmowego.
