W jednolitej skrzyniowej obudowie blaszanej z umieszczonym centralnie jednym przewałem spalinowym rozmieszczone zostały płyta sitowa prawa (1), w której dolnej części umieszczono układ wymiennikowy oparty o pęczek rurek ekranowych (2), przechodzących przez centralnie umiejscowioną płytę sitowa środkową (3) z umieszczonymi w jej górnej części przyłączami spalinowymi (4), pokrywa górna (5) umieszczonej poziomo w górnej części, przednia pokrywa boczna kanału wodnego (6), przegroda (7) rozdzielającej przestrzeń wodną komory wodnej na trzy równe części, tylna pokrywa boczna kanału wodnego, pokrywa czołowa komory wodnej (9), króćce zasilający i powrotny, pokrywa boczna rewizyjno-wyczystna, płyta sitowa lewa (12), pokrywa dolna (13) umieszczona poziomo w dolnej części.The subject of the invention is an economizer for biomass heating boilers. In a uniform box-shaped sheet metal housing with one centrally located flue gas chute, a right sieve plate (1) is arranged, in the lower part of which an exchanger system is placed based on a bunch of screen tubes (2), passing through a centrally located middle sieve plate (3) with flue gas connections (4) placed in its upper part, an upper cover (5) placed horizontally in the upper part, a front side cover of the water channel (6), a partition (7) dividing the water space of the water chamber into three equal parts, a rear side cover of the water channel, a front cover of the water chamber (9), supply and return connectors, an inspection and cleaning side cover, a left sieve plate (12), a lower cover (13) placed horizontally in the lower part.
