Abstract
Kocioł hybrydowy zawiera opalany rurowy wymiennik ciepła otoczony płaszczem wewnętrznym (9), wężownicę (7) otoczoną płaszczem zewnętrznym (1) zamkniętym z jednej strony pokrywą (12) z płytą na palnik, a po przeciwnej stronie miską (4) na kondensat, króciec wlotowy (3) i wylotowy (11) wody oraz wylot spalin (5). Pomiędzy płaszczem zewnętrznym (1), a płaszczem wewnętrznym (9) znajduje się podłużna przegroda (8) dzieląca wnętrze między wspomnianymi płaszczami (1, 9) na dwie komory, które połączone są ze sobą poniżej pokrywy (12), a komora utworzona pomiędzy podłużną przegrodą (8), a płaszczem wewnętrznym (9) połączona jest z komorą wewnątrz płaszcza wewnętrznego (9) powyżej miski (4) na kondensat, przy czym w komorze pomiędzy płaszczem zewnętrznym (1), a podłużną przegrodą (8) znajduje się wężownica (7) zaopatrzona w króciec wlotowy (10) oraz wylotowy (2) czynnika chłodniczego, a króciec wlotowy (3) wody połączony jest ze wspomnianą komorą utworzoną pomiędzy płaszczem zewnętrznym (1), a podłużną przegrodą (8), natomiast króciec wylotowy (11) wody połączony jest z komorą utworzoną wewnątrz płaszcza wewnętrznego (9).The hybrid boiler consists of a fired tubular heat exchanger surrounded by an inner jacket (9), a coil (7) surrounded by an outer jacket (1) closed on one side by a cover (12) with a plate for the burner, and on the opposite side by a pan (4) for condensate, water inlet (3) and outlet (11) and flue gas outlet (5). Between the outer jacket (1) and the inner jacket (9) there is a longitudinal partition (8) dividing the interior between the said jackets (1, 9) into two chambers, which are connected to each other below the cover (12), and the chamber formed between the longitudinal partition (8) and the inner jacket (9) is connected to the chamber inside the inner jacket (9) above the condensate pan (4), while in the chamber between the outer jacket (1) and the longitudinal partition (8) there is a coil (7) provided with an inlet (10) and an outlet (2) refrigerant connector, and the water inlet connector (3) is connected to said chamber formed between the outer jacket (1) and the longitudinal partition (8), while the water outlet connector (11) is connected to the chamber formed inside the inner jacket (9).
