Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są związki cynku z salicylanem metylu o aktywności katalitycznej - aryloksylowe związki cynku o wzorze ogólnym 1 [Zn(OAr)2-x(OR)x], w którym R oznacza Me; 0≤x≥1; ArO- oznacza anion 2-(metoksykarbonylo)fenolanowy lub solwatowane sole cynku o wzorze ogólnym 2 [ZnCl2(HOAr)], w którym ArOH oznacza salicylan metylu, Ar oznacza 2-(metoksykarbonylo)fenyl oraz ich zastosowanie jako katalizatory w reakcjach syntezy estrów alkilowych kwasów hydroksytłuszczowych. Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu wytwarzania związków cynku z salicylanem metylu - aryloksylowych związków cynku o wzorze ogólnym 1 [Zn(OAr)2-x(OR)x], w którym R oznacza Me; 0≤x≥1; ArO oznacza anion 2-(metoksykarbonylo)fenolanowy lub solwatowane sole cynku o wzorze ogólnym 2 [ZnCl2(HOAr)], w którym ArOH oznacza salicylan metylu, Ar oznacza 2-(metoksykarbonylo)fenyl charakteryzujący się tym, że salicylan metylu łączy się z toluenem lub THF, w proporcji 1:15 lub 1:18 - 36 następnie wkrapla się 1,0 M roztwór ZnEt2 w heksanie, zatęża pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem i pozostawia do krystalizacji.
