Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sito poliuretanowe, wykonane z tworzywa poliuretanowego tworzącego ramę mocującą poliuretanowe panele daszkowe lub panele płaskie, charakteryzujące się tym, że panele poliuretanowe (5) posiadają wypusty oczkowe lub wypusty owalne, rozmieszczone obwodowo na każdej ściance panelu poliuretanowego (5), przy czym panele poliuretanowe (5) wraz z wypustami są zatopione i na stałe osadzone w poliuretanowej ramie (4), zakończonej obustronnie trapezową częścią chwytową, na której zamocowane są okucia (1), wykonane z arkusza blachy stalowej, przy czym pomiędzy panelami poliuretanowymi (5) utworzone są z tworzywa poliuretanowego mostki, w których zatopione i osadzone są linki stalowe (3), zakończone wyprowadzonymi wzdłużnie poza ramę (4) tulejami krańcowymi, a ponadto, panele daszkowe (5) utworzone są z trapezowych daszków o kącie rozwarcia, korzystnie 45°, które mają oczka o kącie pochylenia 4°, przy czym ścianki boczne oczek rozchodzą się ku podstawie w płaszczyźnie pionowej o kąt 3,5°.
