Abstract

Zespół wałka nożowego rębaka do drewna, składający się z wałka nożowego, do którego przymocowane są dwa noże tnące, charakteryzuje się tym, że noże tnące (1) przymocowane są obwodowo na wałku nożowym (3), symetrycznie co kąt 180°, za pomocą regulacyjnych śrub rzymskich (2) bez łba, które na jednej połowie swojej długości mają nacięty gwint prawy, a na drugiej gwint lewy, przy czym jeden koniec śruby rzymskiej (2) wkręcony jest w otwór z prawym gwintem wykonanym w wałku nożowym (3), natomiast drugi koniec wkręcony jest w otwór z gwintem lewym, który wykonany jest w nożu tnącym (1), przy czym noże (1) mają wykonane otwory pod śruby mocujące (4) zabezpieczone podkładkami (5).The knife shaft assembly of a wood chipper, consisting of a knife shaft to which two cutting knives are attached, is characterized in that the cutting knives (1) are attached circumferentially on the knife shaft (3), symmetrically at an angle of 180°, by means of headless adjustment turnbuckles (2), which have a right-hand thread cut on one half of their length and a left-hand thread on the other half, wherein one end of the turnbuckle (2) is screwed into a hole with a right-hand thread made in the knife shaft (3), while the other end is screwed into a hole with a left-hand thread made in the cutting knife (1), wherein the knives (1) have holes for mounting screws (4) secured with washers (5).
