Abstract

Wał tnący zawierający wał czopowy (1) z osadzonymi trwale tarczami (2) o kształcie wielokąta, charakteryzuje się tym, że na każdej tarczy (2) zamocowane są, za pomocą śrub, wsporniki (3) a na tych wspornikach (3), odpowiednio na jednym od każdej tarczy (2), zamocowana jest listwa nożowa (4). Listwa nożowa (4) posiada  fasolkowe otwory (5) przez które, za pomocą śrub, mocowana jest do wsporników (3). Wspornik (3) o kształcie kątownika posiada na jednej półce, przylegającej do tarczy (2), dwa otwory do zamocowania do tarczy a na drugiej półce posiada jeden otwór mocowania (7) listwy nożowej (4).The cutting shaft containing the journal shaft (1) with permanently mounted polygon-shaped discs (2) is characterized in that on each disc (2), brackets (3) are fastened with bolts, and on these brackets (3), respectively on one of each disc (2), a knife bar (4) is mounted.
