Abstract
Zgłoszenie przedstawione na rysunku dotyczy mechanizmu satelitowego z ośmiogarbną zewnętrznie uzębioną planetą, dziesięciogarbną wewnętrznie uzębioną obwodnicą i satelitami, którego konstrukcja jest opisana i wyznaczona przez opracowaną formułę. Istota polega zatem na konstrukcji garbów planety utworzonych przez linię toczną LT spełniającą podaną poniżej formułę. Konstrukcja jest ośmiogarbną krzywką wewnętrzną zewnętrznie uzębioną zwaną planetą, dziesięciogarbną krzywką zewnętrzną wewnętrznie uzębioną zwaną obwodnicą i satelitami. Przy czym ilość satelitów jest równa osiemnaście. Garby planety utworzone są przez linię toczną LT ukształtowaną na okręgu OK o średnicy D. Ta linia toczna LT tworzy zatem garby na planecie wg opracowanej formuły.The application presented in the drawing concerns a satellite mechanism with an eight-lobed externally toothed planet, a ten-lobed internally toothed bypass and satellites, the construction of which is described and determined by the developed formula. The essence therefore consists in the construction of the planet's humps formed by the rolling line LT fulfilling the formula given below. The construction is an eight-lobed internal cam externally toothed called the planet, a ten-lobed external cam internally toothed called the bypass and satellites. Wherein the number of satellites is equal to eighteen. The planet's humps are formed by the rolling line LT shaped on the circle OK with diameter D. This rolling line LT therefore creates humps on the planet according to the developed formula.
