Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest rozporowa kotwa do mocowania w wywierconym otworze w betonie. Rozporowa kotwa do mocowania w wywierconym otworze w betonie, utworzona jest z nagwintowanego trzpienia zakończonego stożkiem zwróconym mniejszą średnicą do części gwintowanej, przy czym na trzpieniu umieszczona jest rozporowa tuleja utworzona z rozporowych segmentów podzielonych wzdłużnymi szczelinami i wyposażona w garby, które wystają poza średnicę rozporowej tulei, przy czym na części gwintowanej trzpienia osadzony jest element mocujący przedmiot. Rozporowa kotwa charakteryzuje się tym, że jedna wzdłużna ciągła szczelina (12) rozporowej tulei (3) jest utworzona od strony elementu (8) mocującego przedmiot (5), przez krawędzie rozporowych segmentów (10), przy czym krawędzie mają przebieg we wzdłużnym kierunku osiowym i obwodowym nagwintowanego trzpienia (7), który to przebieg jest zbliżony do trapezowego, a następnie krawędzie przechodzą we wzdłużnym kierunku osiowym nagwintowanego trzpienia w linie proste, zbiegające się do siebie przy końcu rozporowej tulei (3), a długość h krawędzi od podstawy rozporowej tulei (3) od strony elementu (8) mocującego przedmiot (5) do końca części trapezowej jest <= połowie długości H rozporowej tulei (3), zaś stosunek długości A1 i B1 części krawędzi przebiegających we wzdłużnym kierunku osiowym nagwintowanego trzpienia w części trapezowej wynosi A1<=B1, a stosunek wysokości A2 i B2 trapezów utworzonych przez krawędzie w części trapezowej rozporowej tulei (3) wynosi A2>=B2, natomiast na obwodzie rozporowej tulei (3) są rozmieszczone garby, które mają postać pojedynczych elementów usytuowanych w dwóch rzędach oraz pierścieniowego kołnierza, zaś dodatkowe wzdłużne szczeliny są zakończone otworami, które dzielą rozporową tuleję (3) na osobne rozporowe segmenty (10).
