Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie sposobu wytwarzania formulacji leczniczej amfifilowego kopolimeru nieliniowego na bazie polieterów z hydrofobowym rdzeniem wzbogaconym w ugrupowania alkilowe lub aromatyczne i hydrofilową powłoką zawierającą grupy diolowe, z trudno rozpuszczalnym w wodzie klotrimazolem oraz zastosowanie tej formulacji w terapii przeciwnowotworowej i skojarzonej terapii przeciwnowotworowej z nifuratelem w formie roztworu wodnego lub w formie hydrożelu na przykładzie raka szyjki macicy.
