A towing coupling (8) is attached to the sliding cross beam (7), equipped with a drive (N) for its displacement. The sliding cross beam (7) may constitute an element of an intermediate frame rigidly attached to the vehicle frame, between the vehicle frame and the utility body, wherein the intermediate frame comprises longitudinal members (3A) made of C-sections whose openings are directed towards each other and which constitute guides for the sliding cross beam (7).
