Abstract

The invention relates to a flatbed body (1), preferably as superstructure for passenger vehicle trailers, made of extruded profiles, preferably aluminium profiles, consisting of at least two laterally arranged bearing longitudinal members and cross members (13) arranged at the front and the rear which together form a frame, the ends of the longitudinal members and at least of one cross member (13) being clamped by means of at least one tie rod (18) which extends over the entire width of the frame, and comprises a profile system for manufacturing a flatbed body made of extruded profiles, one kind of rear profile comprising a tie rod (18). <IMAGE>
