Abstract
Zaciski energetyczne sieci niskiego napięcia, stanowiące złącza, wykonane z izolacyjnego plastiku oraz przewodzącego prąd elektryczny metalu, montowane bezpośrednio na czterech izolowanych przewodach przyłącza napowietrznego, umieszczone pomiędzy energetyczną linią główną a obiektem przyłączanym, charakteryzujące się tym, że gniazdo wyposażone jest w plastikowy korpus (3), którego każda z dwóch większych ścianek (2) posiada ułożone wzdłużnie i rozmieszczone równolegle względem siebie dwa wgłębienia ściankowe (4), a każde wgłębienie ściankowe (4) zaopatrzone jest w szczelinę (5), w której zamocowany jest metalowy element przebijający (6), natomiast każdy z dwóch plastikowych docisków (7) posiada na swojej wewnętrznej powierzchni, przebiegające wzdłużnie i rozmieszczone równolegle względem siebie dwa wgłębienia dociskowe (9), przy czym, po złączeniu za pomocą metalowych śrub dociskowych (10) oraz nakrętek (21) dwóch docisków (7) z korpusem (3), a tym samym po odpowiednim połączeniu się wgłębień ściankowych (4) z wgłębieniami dociskowymi (9) w gnieździe (1) utworzone zostają dwa tunele górne oraz dwa tunele dolne, rozmieszczone na obu większych ściankach (2) korpusu (3), utrzymujące cztery przewody przyłącza napowietrznego, jednocześnie wewnątrz korpusu (1) zamocowane są elementy przewodzące prąd elektryczny w postaci dwóch styków dłuższych (14) oraz dwóch styków krótszych (15), a każdy ze styków dłuższych (14) na jednym swoim końcu scalony jest z elementem przebijającym (6), znajdującym się w tunelu górnym, równocześnie każdy ze styków krótszych (15) na jednym swoim końcu scalony jest z elementem przebijającym (6), znajdującym się w tunelu dolnym, jednocześnie styki dłuższe (14) oraz styki krótsze (15) posiadają na drugich swoich końcach, ułożone w szeregu, przewodzące prąd elektryczny tuleje gniazdowe (17), przymocowane do zamykającej korpus (3), wyposażonej w cztery wejścia (37), plastikowej zaślepki (16), przy czym korpus (3) oraz każdy z dwóch docisków (7) posiada dwa przelotowe otwory (19), przez które przeprowadzone są śruby dociskowe (10), na które nakręcone są nakrętki (21).Low-voltage network power terminals, being connectors made of insulating plastic and electrically conductive metal, mounted directly on four insulated overhead line conductors, placed between the main power line and the connected object, characterized in that the socket is equipped with a plastic body (3), each of the two larger walls (2) of which has two longitudinally arranged and parallel wall recesses (4), and each wall recess (4) is provided with a slot (5) in which a metal piercing element (6) is mounted, while each of the two plastic clamps (7) has on its inner surface two longitudinally arranged and parallel pressure recesses (9), whereby after connecting the two clamps (7) with the body (3) by means of metal pressure screws (10) and nuts (21), and thus after the wall recesses (4) have properly connected with the pressure recesses (9) in the socket (1) two upper tunnels and two lower tunnels are created, arranged on both larger walls (2) of the body (3), holding four overhead line connection wires, at the same time, inside the body (1), electrically conductive elements are mounted in the form of two longer contacts (14) and two shorter contacts (15), and each of the longer contacts (14) is integrated at one end with a piercing element (6) located in the upper tunnel, at the same time, each of the shorter contacts (15) is integrated at one end with a piercing element (6) located in the lower tunnel, at the same time, the longer contacts (14) and the shorter contacts (15) have, at their other ends, arranged in a row, electrically conductive socket sleeves (17), attached to the plastic cap (16) closing the body (3), equipped with four inputs (37), wherein the body (3) and each of the two clamps (7) have two through holes (19) through which the pressure screws (10) are passed, on which the nuts (21) are screwed.
