Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biokompozyt i sposób do wytwarzania produktów biologicznie aktywnych zawierający co najmniej 36 części wagowych skrobi ziemniaczanej lub kukurydzianej albo pszennej, od 15 do 25 części wagowych gliceryny, od 10 do 20 części wagowych oleju palmowego, od 10 do 14 części wagowych mocznika, od 2 do 5 części wagowych mączki wapiennej wraz z liofilizatem szczepów bakterii mezofilnych Pseudomonas fluorescens i Bacillus cereus w ilości od 0,001 do 0,010 części wagowych liofilizatu na 100 części wagowych granulowanego biokompozytu, a także zastosowanie wytworzonego produktu, zwłaszcza w ogrodnictwie i rolnictwie.
