Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawiony schematycznie na rysunku sposób detekcji zespołu QRS w sygnale elektrokardiogramu EKG polega na odbiorze sygnału EKG pozyskiwanego za pomocą modułu pomiarowego ECG MODULE, przy czym za pomocą komparatora COMPARATOR porównuje się przetworzony sygnał Y_PREPROCESSED z progiem TH_PREPROCESSED, a w momencie osiągnięcia progu rozpoczyna się odmierzanie okna czasowego do poszukiwania załamka R w zespole QRS sygnału EKG. W trakcie trwania okna czasowego wykrywa się i zapisuje wartość maksymalną sygnału Y_PREPROCESSED. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że wykorzystuje się dodatkowe moduły PULSE EXTENSION, REFRACTORY WINDOW PULSE GENERATOR, EXTREMA MODULE, FACTOR MODULE, TH FACTOR MODULE, FACTOR MEMORY oraz FACTOR SELECTOR, które umożliwiają bardziej niezawodne wykrywanie załamka R nawet w obecności szumów lub zakłóceń przez wykrywanie, jak wyraźnym ekstremum lokalnym na tle sąsiednich próbek jest rozważana próbka sygnału EKG.
