Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest bariera uszczelniająca i sposób uszczelniania podłoża z wykorzystaniem odpadów wydobywczych. Istotą bariery wykorzystującej odpady wydobywcze, zawierającej materiał ilasty ze środkiem wiążącym jest to, że na zagęszczonym spoistym podłożu (1) o współczynniku filtracji poniżej 10<sup>-5</sup> m/s znajdują się naprzemiennie ułożone zagęszczone warstwy: materiału ilastego ze środkiem wiążącym (2) o współczynniku filtracji poniżej 10<sup>-9</sup> m/s, zwietrzałych ilastych odpadów wydobywczych (3) o wielkości ziaren mniejszej od 30 mm i o wskaźniku zagęszczenia powyżej 0,94 i współczynniku filtracji poniżej 10<sup>-7</sup> m/s. Sumaryczna grubość zagęszczonych warstw materiału ilastego ze środkiem wiążącym (2) i zagęszczonych warstw zwietrzałych ilastych odpadów wydobywczych (3) jest nie mniejsza niż 1 m. Sposób uszczelniania podłoża z wykorzystaniem odpadów wydobywczych, w którym usuwa się warstwę powierzchniową gleby i zagęszcza się podłoże, a następnie nakłada się na podłoże materiał ilasty, charakteryzuje się tym, że z powierzchni terenu co najmniej przekraczającej obszar uszczelnianego podłoża usuwa się warstwę gleby co najmniej do poziomu wymywania, a następnie zagęszcza się mechanicznie spoiste podłoże (1) do współczynnika filtracji poniżej 10<sup>-6</sup> m/s. W dalszej kolejności na spoiste podłoże (1) na przemian nakłada się zagęszczane warstwy materiału ilastego ze środkiem wiążącym (2) o współczynniku filtracji poniżej 10<sup>-9</sup> m/s oraz zagęszczane warstwy zwietrzałych ilastych odpadów wydobywczych (3) o wielkości ziaren mniejszej od 30 mm i o wskaźniku zagęszczenia powyżej 0,94 i współczynniku filtracji poniżej 10<sup>-7</sup> m/s. Sumaryczna grubość zagęszczonych warstw materiału ilastego ze środkiem wiążącym (2) i zagęszczonych warstw zwietrzałych ilastych odpadów wydobywczych (3) jest nie mniejsza niż 1 m.The subject of the application is a sealing barrier and a method of sealing the substrate using mining waste. The essence of a barrier using mining waste, containing clay material with a binding agent, is that on a compacted cohesive substrate (1) with a filtration coefficient below 10<sup>-5</sup> m/s there are alternately arranged thickened layers of: clay material with binding agent (2) with a filtration coefficient below 10<sup>-9</sup> m/s, weathered clay mining waste (3) with a grain size of less than 30 mm and a density index above 0.94 and a filtration coefficient below 10< sup>-7</sup>m/s. The total thickness of the compacted layers of clayey material with a binding agent (2) and the thickened layers of weathered clayey mining waste (3) is not less than 1 m. A method of sealing the substrate using mining waste, in which the surface layer of soil is removed and the substrate is compacted, and then clay material is applied to the substrate, characterized by the fact that the soil layer is removed from the surface of the ground at least exceeding the area of the substrate to be sealed, at least to the leaching level, and then the cohesive substrate (1) is mechanically compacted to a filtration coefficient below 10<sup> -6</sup>m/s. Next, compacted layers of clay material with a binding agent (2) with a filtration coefficient below 10<sup>-9</sup> m/s and thickened layers of weathered clay mining waste (3) are alternately applied to the cohesive substrate (1). with a grain size of less than 30 mm and a compaction index above 0.94 and a filtration coefficient below 10<sup>-7</sup> m/s. The total thickness of the thickened layers of clayey material with a binding agent (2) and the thickened layers of weathered clayey mining waste (3) is not less than 1 m.
