Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania profili odlewanych ze stopu Al-Cu-Mg o zawartości miedzi w ilości 3% - 4,5% wag., który charakteryzuje się tym, że złom aluminiowy, magnezowy i miedziany stanowią razem co najmniej 80% wag. całości wsadu, a zawartość magnezu w stopie wynosi od 3,1% do 6% wag., przy czym proces odlewania ciągłego prowadzi się przy posuwie odlewu wynoszącym 8 - 12 mm i przy 2 - 5 s czasu postoju, a wydatek cieczy chłodzącej w procesie odlewania ciągłego w systemie pierwotnym wynosi od 0,12 do 0,3 l/min, zaś w procesie utwardzania wydzieleniowego homogenizacja odlanego profilu odbywa się w temperaturze 480°C - 500°C w czasie od 6 do 24 godzin z chłodzeniem w wodzie, a starzenie jest starzeniem sztucznym i odbywa się w temperaturze 190°C - 215°C w czasie od 3 do 14 godzin z chłodzeniem na powietrzu.
