Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania płyty warstwowej dla budownictwa, który polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie, w pierwszej formie stalowej (1) układa się szalunek boczny (2) i we wnętrzu tego szalunku bocznego układa się zbrojenie pierwszej warstwy żelbetowej (3), a następnie zalewa się betonem ten szalunek boczny (2) ze zbrojeniem. Następnie układa się warstwę izolacji (4) oraz wprowadza się elementy złączne (5) płyty warstwowej w nieutwardzony, świeży beton pierwszej warstwy żelbetowej (3) poprzez warstwę izolacji (4). Elementy złączne (5) wystają ponad warstwę izolacji na wysokość nie większą niż wynosi grubość drugiej warstwy żelbetowej. Po nałożeniu warstwy izolacji (4) na pierwszą warstwę żelbetową (3), w krawędziach tej warstwy izolacji (4) tworzy się otwory technologiczne (7), do których wprowadza się elementy stabilizujące (8) położenie warstwy pierwszej żelbetowej (3) wraz z warstwą izolacji (4) na płycie pierwszej formy (1) stalowej. Na drugiej formie stalowej układa się szalunek boczny      drugiej warstwy żelbetowej i umieszcza się w tym szalunku zbrojenie tej drugiej warstwy żelbetowej. Następnie układa się pierwszą formę (1) warstwami (3, 4) oraz końcami elementów złącznych (5) na nieutwardzonej drugiej warstwie żelbetowej spoczywającej na płycie stalowej drugiej formy. Dla ułożenia wymienionej pierwszej warstwy żelbetowej (3) wraz z warstwą (4) izolacji na drugiej warstwie żelbetowej, pierwszą formę (1) z warstwami (3, 4) obraca się o kąt 180° wokół osi obrotu równoległej do krawędzi bocznej tej formy (1). Po obrocie pierwszej formy (1) stalowej warstwami (3, 4) na drugą formę z drugą warstwą żelbetową ułożone na sobie warstwy (3, 4) stanowią po utwardzeniu betonu i zdjęciu form (1) prefabrykowaną płytę warstwową.The subject of the application is a method of manufacturing a sandwich panel for construction, which consists in that in the first stage, in the first steel form (1), a side formwork (2) is laid and inside this side formwork, the reinforcement of the first reinforced concrete layer (3) is laid, and then this side formwork (2) with reinforcement is poured with concrete. Then, an insulation layer (4) is laid and fasteners (5) of the sandwich panel are introduced into the unhardened, fresh concrete of the first reinforced concrete layer (3) through the insulation layer (4). Fasteners (5) protrude above the insulation layer to a height not greater than the thickness of the second reinforced concrete layer. After applying the insulation layer (4) to the first reinforced concrete layer (3), technological holes (7) are created in the edges of this insulation layer (4), into which elements (8) stabilizing the position of the first reinforced concrete layer (3) together with the insulation layer (4) on the plate of the first steel form (1) are introduced. The side formwork of the second reinforced concrete layer is placed on the second steel formwork and the reinforcement of this second reinforced concrete layer is placed in this formwork. Then the first form (1) is placed with layers (3, 4) and the ends of the connecting elements (5) on the unhardened second reinforced concrete layer resting on the steel plate of the second formwork. To place the said first reinforced concrete layer (3) together with the insulation layer (4) on the second reinforced concrete layer, the first form (1) with layers (3, 4) is rotated by 180° around the axis of rotation parallel to the side edge of this form (1). After the first steel form (1) with layers (3, 4) is rotated onto the second form with the second reinforced concrete layer, the layers (3, 4) placed on top of each other constitute a prefabricated sandwich panel after the concrete has hardened and the forms (1) have been removed.
