Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania wyrobu wielokomponentowego obejmujący następujące etapy (a) rozdzielanie włókien składających się z połączenia dwóch polimerów o różnych temperaturach topnienia; (b) wymieszanie fragmentów elementów wypełniających z rozdzielonymi włóknami w etapie a), przy czym rozdzielone włókna stanowią od 1,00% do 50,00% (wag./wag.) wyrobu gotowego w celu uzyskania jednorodnej mieszaniny; (c) umieszczenie mieszaniny uzyskanej w etapie b) w formie dowolnego kształtu wyścielonej materiałem charakteryzującym się współczynnikiem tarcia chropowatość powierzchni Ra≤0,2 µm wg normy PN-EN ISO 21920-1:2022-06; (d) podgrzanie mieszaniny w formie w temperaturze w zakresie od 60°C do 300°C; (e) studzenie wyrobu w formie w temperaturze poniżej 60°C; (f) wyjęcie ostudzonego wyrobu z formy. Ujawniono również wyrób wielokomponentowy otrzymany tym sposobem oraz jego zastosowanie.
