Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest procedura oznaczania całkowitej zawartości osadu, jako wskaźnika stabilności frakcji resztkowych o lepkości przekraczającej 55 mm<sup>2</sup>/s w temperaturze 100°C charakteryzująca się tym, że frakcję resztkową rozcieńcza się dodając do 50% wag. estrów metylowych kwasów tłuszczowych i homogenizuje, następnie kroplę homogenizowanej mieszaniny umieszcza się na papierowym filtrze, który ogrzewa się do 100°C przez jedną godzinę, wówczas na filtrze tworzy się plama, po czym wykonuje się fotografię cyfrową plamy, która jest przekształcana przez oprogramowanie komputerowe do trybu plastycznego skanu 3D w skali odcieni szarości, gdzie przeprowadzana jest analiza obrazu w celu obliczenia reprezentacji procentowej frakcji o dużej lepkości, przy jednoczesnym określeniu odpowiedniego stosunku mieszania frakcji resztkowej i estrów metylowych kwasów tłuszczowych oraz wyznaczeniu całkowitej zawartości osadu zgodnie ze wzorem S<sub>(TS)</sub>=(m<sub>5</sub>-m<sub>4</sub>)-(m<sub>3</sub>-m<sub>2</sub>)•100/m<sub>1</sub>•w<sub>z</sub>, w którym S = osad w procentach masowych - indywidualne oznaczenia równoległe, z których oblicza się parametr TS, jako średnią arytmetyczną; TS = całkowita zawartość osadu (Total Sediment); m<sub>1</sub> = masa przygotowanej mieszaniny wylanej na filtr; m<sub>2</sub> = masa dolnego filtra (B) przed filtracją, m<sub>3</sub> = masa dolnego filtra (B) po filtracji; m<sub>4</sub> = masa górnego filtra (A) przed filtracją; m<sub>5</sub> = masa górnego filtra (A) po filtracji; w<sub>z</sub> = udział masowy reprezentowanej frakcji resztkowej w mieszaninie z estrami metylowymi kwasów tłuszczowych.The subject of the application is a procedure for determining the total sludge content as an indicator of the stability of residual fractions with a viscosity exceeding 55 mm<sup>2</sup>/s at a temperature of 100°C, characterized by the fact that the residual fraction is diluted by adding up to 50% by weight. fatty acid methyl esters and homogenized, then a drop of the homogenized mixture is placed on a paper filter which is heated to 100°C for one hour, then a stain is formed on the filter, after which a digital photograph of the stain is taken, which is converted by computer software into gray scale 3D plastic scan mode, where image analysis is performed to calculate the percentage representation of the high viscosity fraction, while determining the appropriate mixing ratio of the residual fraction and fatty acid methyl esters and determining the total sediment content according to the formula S<sub>( TS)</sub>=(m<sub>5</sub>-m<sub>4</sub>)-(m<sub>3</sub>-m<sub>2</sub>) •100/m<sub>1</sub>•w<sub>z</sub>, in which S = sediment in mass percentage - individual parallel markings from which the TS parameter is calculated as an arithmetic mean; TS = Total Sediment; m<sub>1</sub> = mass of the prepared mixture poured onto the filter; m<sub>2</sub> = mass of the lower filter (B) before filtration, m<sub>3</sub> = mass of the lower filter (B) after filtration; m<sub>4</sub> = mass of the upper filter (A) before filtration; m<sub>5</sub> = mass of the upper filter (A) after filtration; w<sub>z</sub> = mass fraction of the represented residual fraction in the mixture with fatty acid methyl esters.
