Description A Method of Inspecting Phenolic Resin And Organic Fat Hardener Raw Materials Technical Filed The invention relates to a method of inspecting compositions and organic additives, in particular relates to a method of inspecting the purchased phenolic resin and organic fat hardener raw materials which are used as raw materials of resin sand. Background of the Invention Raw materials of the resin sand mainly comprise raw sand, resin and relevant additives, and choosing of the raw materials influences the casting cost greatly, and this has been agreed by most foundry machinery industries; as on one hand the quality of the resin sand influences the adding amount and consumption of various materials, and influences the quality index of the casting on the other hand. Wherein the physical and chemical performance indexes of the alkaline phenolic resin which is used as commonly-used raw material comprise: PH value, viscosity, density, content of free formaldehyde, tensile strength of the Guilin standard sand in 24h; the physical and chemical performance indexes of the organic fat hardener comprise: ester content, content of free acid, viscosity, density. If the foundry factory as the user inspects the qualities of the raw materials according to the physical and chemical performance indexes provided by the supplier, the disadvantages comprise: 1. The costs of the inspection equipments are high; 2. If Guilin standard sand is used to inspect the strength, a certain differences exist compared with the use standard of the reclaimed sand in the casting site, namely the tensile strength detected by the Guilin standard sand meets the requirements, but in actual use, the mixed sand is added with at least 80% reclaimed sand, moreover it has no reference value to represent with the tensile strength. Summary of the Invention The problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method of inspecting phenolic resin and organic fat hardener raw materials, namely a method of converting the physical and chemical performance indexes provided by the supplier to accord with the requirements at the casting site, which is simple and convenient for operation; the inspected raw material can save costs and also can meet the requirements of the reclaimed sand. In order to solve above-mentioned technical problems, the invention adopts a technical proposal as follows: A method of inspecting phenolic resin and organic fat hardener raw materials, wherein: steps as follows are comprised: 1) Preparing the raw materials to be inspected, including phenolic resin, organic fat hardener and mixed sand composed of raw sand and reclaimed sand; 2) Preparing the inspection equipments, including a container 1, a container II, a weighing device, a sand mixer and a sample mold; 3) Weighing a quantitative of phenolic resin with the container I, weighting a quantitative of organic fat hardener with the container II, and weighing a quantitative of mixed sand with the sand-mixing barrel on the sand mixer; 4) Starting the sand mixer, pouring the organic fat hardener in the container II into the sand-mixing barrel filled with mixed sand slowly, rotating the barrel for 10 - 20 seconds after pouring, then pouring the phenolic resin in the container I into the sand-mixing barrel filled with mixed sand, rotating the sand-mixing barrel for 20 - 30 seconds after pouring; 5) Pouring the well-stirred mixed sand into the sample mold, detecting the ultimate strength of the sand mold in the sample mold after 24h, if the strength is greater than or equal to 2.OMpa, the phenolic resin and organic fat hardener can meet the use requirements of the reclaimed sand. Specific Example: Preparing two 50ml beakers, an electronic balance with accuracy above 0.01g and maximum capacity of 1kg, an experimental sand mixer with maximum sand-mixing range of 3kg, 6 sample molds with sand mold sample size of #50x50; Firstly washing the inner walls of the two 50ml beakers with phenolic resin and organic fat hardener and then backwards drying to prevent impurities, then weighing 38.75g phenolic resin with a 50ml beaker washed with phenolic resin, and weighing 9.69g organic fat hardener with a 50ml beaker washed with organic fat; Weighing 2500g mixed sand with the sand-mixing barrel on the experimental sand mixer, installing the sand-mixing barrel on the experimental sand mixer, starting the experimental sand mixer, pouring the organic fat hardener into the rotating sand-mixing barrel slowly within 50 - 70 seconds, rotating for 10 - 20 seconds after pouring, then pouring the phenolic resin into the sand-mixing barrel which is mixed with organic fat hardener slowly within 50 - 70 seconds, stirring for 20 - 30 seconds after pouring, then stopping stirring; Pouring the well-stirred mixed sand into the sample block model for sampling, testing the ultimate strength of the sand mold in the sample block model, if the strength is greater than or equal to 2.0MPa, the phenolic resin and organic fat hardener meets the requirements of the reclaimed sand. Above-mentioned example is only the preferred embodiment of the invention, parameters therein can be changed according to the technological requirements, which all belong to the technology category of the invention. A method of inspecting phenolic resin and organic fat hardener raw materials, wherein: steps as follows are comprised: 1) Preparing the raw materials to be inspected, including phenolic resin, organic fat hardener and mixed sand composed of raw sand and reclaimed sand; 2) Preparing the inspection equipments, including a container 1, a container II, a weighing device, a sand mixer and a sample mold; 3) Weighing a quantitative of phenolic resin with the container I, weighting a quantitative of organic fat hardener with the container II, and weighing a quantitative of mixed sand with the sand-mixing barrel on the sand mixer; 4) Starting the sand mixer, pouring the organic fat hardener in the container II into the sand-mixing barrel filled with mixed sand slowly, rotating the barrel for 10 - 20 seconds after pouring, then pouring the phenolic resin in the container I into the sand-mixing barrel filled with mixed sand, rotating the sand-mixing barrel for 20 - 30 seconds after pouring; 5) Pouring the well-stirred mixed sand into the sample mold, detecting the ultimate strength of the sand mold in the sample mold after 24h, if the strength is greater than or equal to 2.OMpa, the phenolic resin and organic fat hardener can meet the use requirements of the reclaimed sand.
