Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest baton owocowy zawierający suszone owoce, w tym daktyle charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera grys jabłkowy z wysuszonych wytłoków jabłkowych w ilości 35% - 37%, colostrum bovinum w ilości 5%, suszone daktyle w ilości 6% - 9%, suszone morele w ilości 13% - 16%, suszone śliwki w ilości 8% - 17% oraz suszonego ananasa w ilości 15% i suszone jagody goji w ilości 9% albo suszoną czarną porzeczkę w ilości 22% albo suszone maliny w ilości 25%.
