Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wielordzeniowego nanonośnika polielektrolitowego syntetyzowanego na bazie siarczanu dodecylu sodu i wielordzeniowy nanonośnik polielektrolitowy do zastosowania do leczenia w terapii przeciwnowotworowej. Sposób wytworzenia wielordzeniowego nanonośnika polielektrolitowego, obejmuje następujące etapy. Solubilizacja wybranego lipofilowego czynnika aktywnego w micelach SDS, wytworzenie kompleksu micel SDS z przeciwnie naładowanym polielektrolitem — polikationem, opłaszczenie powstałego dodatnio naładowanego nanonośnika (kompleksu SDS/polikation) polianionem.
