Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wielowarstwowych płyt podłogowych. W pierwszym etapie prasowania, stanowiącym prasowanie wstępne, dociska się klejone warstwy tworzące pojedynczą wielowarstwową płytę podłogową (1) w czasie od 5 do 50 s, do uzyskania fizycznego, miejscowego połączenia łączonych warstw, pozwalającego na ustalenie pozycji płatów z litego drewna stanowiących wierzchnią warstwę (4) na rdzeniowej warstwie kompozytowej (2) pokrytej klejem. W kolejnym etapie, układa się stos z wielu tak sprasowanych płyt podłogowych (1), po czym przeprowadza prasowanie tego stosu wstępnie sprasowanych płyt podłogowych (1), jako prasowanie zasadnicze, w czasie dłuższym niż 300 s, do uzyskania spoiny klejowej o wymaganej trwałości i wytrzymałości, przy czym jako klej (3) nakładany na rdzeniową warstwę kompozytową (2) stosuje się topliwy klej poliuretanowy.
