Abstract
Jonizacyjny detektor nanoobiektów w powietrzu, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera komorę pomiarową (15) z jonizacyjnym czujnikiem dymu z elektrodą pływającą, przy czym powietrze do komory pomiarowej (15) zasysane jest przez pompę próżniową (17) zainstalowaną za komorą pomiarową (15), przy czym zasysane powietrze jest doprowadzane do komory pomiarowej (15) z impaktora (11) poprzez dwa przewody powietrza: pierwszy przewód zawierający filtr HEPA (12) i zawór zwrotny (13) oraz drugi przewód zawierający elektrozawór (14).
