Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wykonania elementu mechanizacji skrzydła samolotu, zwłaszcza klapy przedniej, który to element zawiera panel (1) z powierzchnią aerodynamiczną (7), krawędzią natarcia i krawędzią spływu, co najmniej jeden element mocujący (6) oraz co najmniej jedną strukturę usztywniającą, charakteryzujący się tym, że wykonuje się go z jednego bloku materiału poddanego obróbce ubytkowej przy użyciu techniki skrawania z dużymi prędkościami.
