Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest geopolimerowa kompozycja klejąca zawierająca sproszkowane szkło odpadowe, szkło wodne sodowe i metakaolin charakteryzująca się tym, że sproszkowane szkło odpadowe ma wielkość ziaren poniżej 0,05 mm, natomiast zawartość sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego wynosi 8% — 63% wag., zawartość szkła wodnego sodowego wynosi 25% — 58% wag., a zawartość metakaolinu 11% — 43% wag. w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy kompozycji. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji według wynalazku obejmujący etapy: a) zmieszania sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego z wodą destylowaną; b) odfiltrowania masy uzyskanej w poprzednim etapie i wysuszenia jej do stałej masy; c) dodania sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego uzyskanego w etapie b) do szkła wodnego sodowego i mieszania komponentów; d) dodania metakaolinu do mieszaniny uzyskanej w poprzednim etapie i mieszania komponentów; e) dalszego mieszania komponentów; charakteryzujący się tym, że mieszanie w etapie c) prowadzone jest przez czas zawierający się w przedziale od 1 do 3 minut, natomiast mieszanie w etapie d) prowadzone jest przez czas od 30 s do 2 minut, a mieszanie w etapie e) prowadzone jest przez czas zawierający się w przedziale od 2 do 4 minut z prędkością mieszania zawierającą się w przedziale od 130 do 150 obr/min.The subject of the application is a geopolymer adhesive composition containing powdered waste glass, soda water glass and metakaolin, characterized by the fact that the powdered waste glass has a grain size of less than 0.05 mm, while the content of powdered waste glass is 8% - 63% by weight, the content of water glass sodium content is 25% - 58% by weight, and the metakaolin content is 11% - 43% by weight. with respect to the total weight of the composition. Another subject of the application is a method for producing the composition according to the invention, including the steps of: a) mixing powdered waste glass with distilled water; b) filtering the mass obtained in the previous stage and drying it to constant mass; c) adding the powdered waste glass obtained in step b) to the sodium water glass and mixing the components; d) adding metakaolin to the mixture obtained in the previous step and mixing the components; e) further mixing of the components; characterized in that mixing in step c) is carried out for a time ranging from 1 to 3 minutes, while mixing in step d) is carried out for a time from 30 s to 2 minutes, and mixing in step e) is carried out for time ranging from 2 to 4 minutes with a mixing speed ranging from 130 to 150 rpm.
