Abstract

Blenda polimerowa na osnowie kwasu poli(3-hydroksymasłowego) zawierająca aromatyczny liniowy poliuretan łańcuchowy rozproszony w osnowie, według zgłoszenia charakteryzuje się tym, że aromatyczny liniowy poliuretan zawiera pierścienie fenylowe, a jego zawartość w osnowie wynosi od 5% mas. Do 15% mas. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania powyższej blendy. Sposób, według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie aromatyczny liniowy poliuretan łańcuchowy z pierścieniami fenylowymi podgrzewa się do stanu ciekłego, a następnie przechodzi się do etapu drugiego, w którym od 5% mas. do 15% mas. aromatycznego liniowego poliuretanu łańcuchowego z pierścieniami fenylowymi homogenizuje się z kwasem poli(3-hydroksymasłowym), po czym zhomogenizowaną mieszaninę wytłacza się na wytłaczarce. Ponadto zgłoszenie obejmuje także zastosowanie blendy polimerowej, według wynalazku do wytwarzania tekstyliów rolniczych oraz materiałów opakowaniowych.
