Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji elastomerowej o właściwościach antybakteryjnych zawierającej elastomer, środki pomocnicze i sieciujące oraz środek antybakteryjny oparty na chitozanie i kwasie mlekowym i ewentualnie montmorylonicie sodowym, który charakteryzuje się tym, że 100 części wagowych kauczuku akrylonitrylo-butadienowego (NBP) miesza się z 1,0 – 1,5 części wagowych kwasu stearynowego, 1,0 - 5,0 części wagowych tlenku cynku, 30 - 35 części wagowych krzemionki (Arsil), 30 - 35 części wagowych kaolinu, 1,5 – 2,0 części wagowych siarki, 1 – 2 części wagowych N-cyklohesylo-2-benzotiazolilosulfenamid (CBS) i z 1 — 5 części wagowych środka antybakteryjnego na 100 części wagowych kauczuku, które to składniki kompozycji walcuje się, następnie sieciuje się w temperaturze 135°C — 160°C w czasie od 10 do 30 minut
