Abstract

Hybrydowy kompozyt epoksydowy o zmniejszonej palności i dymotwórczości składa się z co najmniej jednej warstwy każdej z tkanin w następującej kolejności licząc od dołu: tkanina aramidowa o splocie płóciennym twill 2/2 i gramaturze 100 - 120 g/m<sup>2</sup> z włókna 42 tex, tkanina węglowa szyta dwukierunkowa (+45/-45°) o gramaturze 370 - 450 g/m<sup>2</sup>, przy czym kolejność tkaniny aramidowej i tkaniny węglowej może być odwrotna, tkanina szklana dwukierunkowa (+45/-45°) o gramaturze 370 - 450 g/m<sup>2</sup> ze szkła typu E, tkanina bazaltowa o gramaturze 355 — 405 g/m<sup>2</sup> i splocie płóciennym twill z włókna 400 tex oraz tkanina lniana o gramaturze 480 - 530 g/m<sup>2</sup> i splocie prostym plain 2/2 z włókna 400 tex a tkaniny spojone, pokryte i nasycone są żywicą epoksydową z dodatkiem grafitu ekspandowanego w ilości 8 - 12% wagowych w stosunku do ilości użytej mieszanki żywicy z utwardzaczem oraz polifosforanu amonu w ilości 8 - 12% wagowych w stosunku do ilości użytej mieszanki żywicy z utwardzaczem, przy czym kompozyt pokryty jest również obustronnie warstwą żywicy a co najmniej jeden rodzaj tkaniny stosowany jest jako dwie warstwy.
