Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy peptyd antybakteryjny o sekwencji IKIAINGFGRIGRSVLRALYETGR-NH2, który jest zabezpieczony amidem na końcu C, o wzorze chemicznym C<sub>119</sub>H<sub>203</sub>N<sub>39</sub>O<sub>30</sub>. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także zastosowanie nowego peptydu antybakteryjnego jako środka konserwującego dla produktów żywnościowych względem bakterii Gram-ujemnych, zwłaszcza Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella flexneri, Salmonella enterica, Straphylococcus aureus lub Gram-dodatnich, zwłaszcza Listeria monocytogenes oraz zastosowanie nowego peptydu antybakteryjnego w leczeniu zakażeń Escherichia coli lub Staphylococcus aureus lub Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
