Abstract
The subject of the application is a method for producing a nutraceutical with immunomodulating and immunostimulating properties of the immune system, characterized by the fact that cyclodextrin with a humidity of not more than 9 - 11% is introduced into the mixer, then dried astragalus, obtained by convection drying or drying, is successively added to it. sublimation, with a raw material dry matter content of 85 - 90% and high microbiological purity, i.e. total number of mesophilic bacteria < 102 cfu/gram of raw material, total number of psychrophilic bacteria < 102 cfu /g of raw material, number of molds and yeasts < 102 cfu/g; Bacillus cereus - absent in 1 g of raw material, E. coli absent in 1 g of raw material, in the form of powder crushed to particles not smaller than 0.5 mm and not larger than 0.7 mm, and mixed at a speed of 100 rpm , then the dried Baikal skullcap obtained by convection or freeze drying is added (with dry matter content ranging from 85 to 90% and high microbiological purity, i.e. total number of mesophilic bacteria < 102 cfu/ gram of raw material, total number of psychrophilic bacteria < 102 cfu/g of raw material, number of molds and yeasts < 102 cfu/g; Bacillus cereus - absent in 1 g of raw material, E. coli absent in 1 g of raw material), in the form of a powder with a particle size not smaller than 0.7 mm and not larger than 0.8 mm, all mixed until a uniform mixture is obtained, and then the finished product is packaged into hard gelatin capsules after no more than 320 mg, which corresponds to one serving of the product.
