Abstract
The subject of the application is a torsional vibration damper containing a cylindrical body with a bottom and a cover, and the body contains hydraulic fluid. The muffler is characterized by the fact that two partitions (3) are tightly mounted in the body (1) along the bottom diameter and the rotor (2) with two blades (19) is mounted in rotation. The damper includes a rotor angular positioning unit (2) composed of a cylindrical driver (11) and a system of two spiral springs (13), closed with an external cover (18). The driver (11) is mounted in the cover (4), is rigidly connected to the rotor (2) and has protrusions (20) with recesses (21) on the side wall on the outside. On the side of the springs (13), the first disc (12) is attached to the cover (4), and the second disc (16) is attached to the outer cover (18). Hooks (15) are attached to the discs (12, 16), which have a surface with teeth for engaging with the teeth of the latches (14). Each of the spiral springs (13) is fastened with the outer end (23) in a shaped clasp (24) made in the latch (14), while the inner end of each spring (13) has a pin and a ring (17) attached to stabilize the angular position of the inner end springs (13), and the pin (22) rests in the recess (21) against the protrusion (20) of the driver (11).
