Гашение продольных (осевых) колебаний бурильной колонны, возникающих при бурении, осуществл етс за счет деформации упругого элемента (пружины ), затухани упругих волн в среде демпфирующего материала, преодолени сил внутреннего трени рабочей жидкости, вовлекаемой в колебательное движение при перемещени х вала 4 относительно корпуса 1, а также гидравлических сопротивлений, про вл ющихс при перетекании рабочей жидкости между полост ми амортизатора .| i J The invention relates to mining, in particular to shock-absorbing devices. included in the arrangement of drill strings during diamond drilling. The purpose of the invention is to ensure the use of a shock absorber in small wells and to expand the range of damping. FIG. 1 schematically shows a shock absorber, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The shock absorber contains a tubular housing 1, which is closed from both ends by adapters 2 and 3, inside of which the barrel 4 is located, is connected to the drill pipe (not shown). A piston 5 is placed on the barrel, dividing the cavity of the body 1 into the over piston 6 and sub piston 7 cavities. A torsional vibration damping unit is placed in the over-piston housing cavity, which contains plates 8 and 9 interacting with each other. Plates 9 are made in the form of radial protrusions of the shaft 4, and plates 8 are made of an elastic material in the form of trapezoids, more often the base of which is connected with the case 1, and The corners are located on the side of the barrel 4. The over-piston cavity 6 communicates with the sub-piston cavity 7 due to the gap between the piston 5 and the housing 1, In the piston-piston between the piston 5 and the adapter 3, an axial vibration damping unit installed in coil springs 10. The cavities 6 and 7 of the shock absorber are filled with a viscous and sticky mass (low molecular weight polyisobutylene) and sealed with angle brackets 11 installed in adapters 2 and 3 In the shaft body 4 there is a through hole 12 for the passage of industrial fluid, and the end of the shaft is threaded to connect the shock absorber to the drill pipe. The adapter 3 is connected through the nozzle 13 to the adapter 14, which serves to connect the shock absorber to the core pipe. The end part of the shaft 4 has a restrictive ring 1.5, which is located in the cavity between the adapters 3 and 14 and serves to limit the axial movement of the piston. The shock absorber works as follows. The shock absorber shaft 4 rotates together with the actuator and drill-pipes to which it is attached together with the shaft 4. Rotation of the shock absorber body 1 from the shaft 4 is transmitted through radial protrusions 9 and elastic plate elements 8. When the rotation speed of the shaft 4 changes, relative rotation of the shaft occurs and shock absorber housing. The damping of torsional vibrations occurs due to the deformation of the elastic plates and the overcoming of the forces of internal friction of the working fluid, which is involved in oscillatory motion with torsional vibrations of the shaft relative to the body, and the damping of elastic waves in the medium of the working fluid. The axial load is transmitted to the rock-breaking tool through the shaft 4, the piston 5, the spring 10, the adapter 3, the nozzle 13 and the adapter 14. The damping of the longitudinal (axial) vibrations of the drill string that occur during drilling is due to the deformation of the elastic element (spring), the damping of the elastic waves in the environment of the damping material, overcoming the forces of internal friction of the working fluid involved in the oscillatory motion during the movement of the shaft 4 relative to the housing 1, as well as the hydraulic resistances that appear when flowing working fluid between cavities suspension.
