Abstract
Konstrukcja nośna paneli fotowoltaicznych zawierająca szyny montażowe, wsporniki, podpory charakterystyczna tym, że wspornik dolny (2) podpiera panel fotowoltaiczny 1A wzdłuż krawędzi dolnej 3A znajdującej się powyżej 30 cm nad konstrukcją budynku, do którego przymocowana jest szyna montażowa (8) a wspornik górny (4) podpiera panel fotowoltaiczny 1B wzdłuż krawędzi górnej 5B, gdzie panel fotowoltaiczny 1A i panel fotowoltaiczny 1B jest pochylony pod kątem od 10 do 30 stopni do poziomu, zaś wspornik dolny (2) jest podparty na dwóch podporach dolnych (6) i połączony z nimi, a wspornik górny (4) jest podparty na dwóch podporach górnych (7) i połączony z nimi, gdzie podpory dolne (6) i podpory górne (7) przymocowane są do szyn montażowych (8) przytwierdzonych do konstrukcji budynku, oraz skierowane na zewnątrz odpowiednio panelu fotowoltaicznego 1A i panelu fotowoltaicznego 1B pochylone pod kątem nie większym niż 80 stopni do szyn montażowych (8).
