Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt klamki montowany w skrzy- dlach okien i drzwi budownictwa mieszkalnego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac uchwytu klamki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie czesci mocujacej i czesci chwytowej. Uchwyt klamki sklada sie z czesci mocujacej \ oraz z czesci chwytowej 2. Czesc mocujaca l ma postac graniastoslupa 3, a podstawa 4 tego graniastoslupa ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonego prostokata 5 o bokach prostych 6 i bokach owalnych 7. Czesc chwytowa 2 ma postac bryly przestrzennej ksztaltem zblizonym do litery „C" o przekroju poprzecznym podobnym do splaszczonej elipsy 8 a zarys tej czesci która przylega do czesci mocujacej \ po stronie zewnetrznej uchwyty klamki w widoku z boku formowana jest promieniem R1 i linia prosta ukierunkowana pod katem „a" a po stronie we- wnetrznej linia prosta ukierunkowana pod katem „P", natomiast przeciwlegly koniec czesci chwytowej 2 wyprofilowany jest w kierunku plyty drzwiowej promieniem R2, przy czym srodkowa czesc chwytowa 2 jest równolegla do powierzchni plyty drzwiowej jak przedsta-wiono na zalaczonym rysunku perspektywicznym Fig.l i odrebnych rysunkach Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4,. Uchwyt klamki w widoku od czola ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata 9, przy czym jeden krótszy bok 10 stanowi zarys luku pólokregu powierzchni bocznej czesci mocujacej 1 a drugi krótszy bok U ma zarys owalny, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig.5. W czesci mocujacej I wykonany jest dwustopniowy otwór przeznaczony na osadzenie przy- cisku lub zamka patentowego. Uchwyt klamki wykonany jest z metalu kolorowego, wszystkie krawedzie sa zaokraglone a powierzchnia malowana proszkowo w kolorze bialym lub brazo- wym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego uchwyty klamki jest jej czesc mocujaca w posta- ci graniastoslupa o podstawie zblizonym do wydluzonego prostokata o bokach prostych i o bokach owalnych oraz czesc chwytowa, która ma postac bryly przestrzennej ksztaltem zbli- zonym do litery „C" o przekroju poprzecznym podobnym do splaszczonej elipsy, a zarys tej czesci który przylega do czesci mocujacej po stronie zewnetrznej uchwytu klamki w widoku z boku formowany jest promieniem R1 i linia prosta ukierunkowana pod katem „a" a po stronie wewnetrznej linia prosta ukierunkowana pod katem „P", natomiast przeciwlegly koniec czesci chwytowej wyprofilowany jest w kierunku plyty drzwiowej promieniem R2, przy czym srod- kowa czesc chwytowa jest równolegla do powierzchni plyty drzwiowej.Fig.1Ftg.2 Fig.3Ftg.4 Ftg.5 PLCreator of the decorative design: Dariusz Katrzynski. The industrial design registration right has been in effect since August 22, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a door handle handle mounted in residential window and door sashes. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of door handle handle, manifested in the shape of the mounting portion and the grip portion. The gripping part 2 has the form of a spatial solid with a shape similar to the letter "C" with a cross-section similar to a flattened ellipse 8 and the outline of this part that adheres to the mounting part \ on the external side of the handle grip in a side view is formed by a radius R1 and a straight line directed at an angle "a" and on the internal side by a straight line directed at an angle "P", while the opposite end of the gripping part 2 is profiled towards the door panel with a radius R2, wherein the central gripping part 2 is parallel to the surface door panel as shown in the attached perspective drawing Fig. 1 and separate drawings Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4. The handle grip in a front view has a shape close to a rectangle 9, where one shorter side 10 is the outline of a semicircular arc of the lateral surface of the mounting part 1 and the other shorter side U has an oval outline, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 5. In the mounting part I there is a two-stage hole intended for mounting a button or a patent lock. The handle grip is made of non-ferrous metal, all edges are rounded and the surface is powder-coated in white or brown. An important feature of the industrial design of the door handle is its mounting part in the form of a prism with a base resembling an elongated rectangle with straight sides and oval sides, and the gripping part in the form of a spatial solid with a shape similar to the letter "C" with a cross-section similar to a flattened ellipse, and the outline of this part that adheres to the mounting part on the outer side of the door handle in a side view is formed by a radius R1 and a straight line directed at an angle "a" and on the inner side by a straight line directed at an angle "P", while the opposite end of the gripping part is profiled towards the door panel with a radius R2, wherein the central gripping part is parallel to the surface of the door panel.
