Istota wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt klamki w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia widok uchwytu klamki z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia uchwyt klamki w widoku od czola, fig. 4 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny uchwytu klamki. Uchwyt klamki sklada sie z czesci mocujacej 1_ w postaci walca wyposazonego w tulejki 2 oraz z czesci chwytowej 3. Czesc chwytowa 3 ma postac bryly przestrzen- nej ksztaltem zblizonym do litery C o przekroju poprzecznym podobnym do splasz- czonej elipsy 4 a zarys tej czesci po stronie zewnetrznej uchwytu klamki w widoku z boku formowany jest promieniem R1 i linia prosta ukierunkowana pod katem ^ a po stronie wewnetrznej linia prosta ukierunkowana pod katem (3, natomiast przeciwlegly koniec czesci chwytowej 3 wyprofilowany jest w kierunku plyty drzwiowej promieniem R2, przy czym srodkowa czesc chwytowa 3 jest równolegla do powierzchni plyty drzwiowej jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2, fig. 4. Uchwyt klamki w widoku od czola ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata 5, przy czym je- den krótszy bok 6 stanowi zarys luku pólokregu powierzchni bocznej czesci mocuja- cej 1 a drugi krótszy bok 7 ma zarys owalny.Wszystkie krawedzie uchwytu klamki sa zaokraglone. PL PL PLDoor Handle The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since November 22, 2000. The design is for a door handle mounted on residential window and door sashes. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the door handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the door handle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the door handle from the front, and Fig. 4 shows a cross-section of the door handle. The handle grip consists of a mounting part 1_ in the form of a cylinder equipped with sleeves 2 and a grip part 3. The grip part 3 has the form of a spatial solid with a shape similar to the letter C with a cross-section similar to a flattened ellipse 4 and the outline of this part on the outer side of the handle grip in a side view is formed by a radius R1 and a straight line directed at an angle ^ and on the inner side by a straight line directed at an angle (3, while the opposite end of the grip part 3 is profiled towards the door panel with a radius R2, wherein the central grip part 3 is parallel to the surface of the door panel as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2, Fig. 4. The handle grip in a front view has a shape similar to a rectangle 5, wherein one shorter side 6 is the outline of a semicircular arc of the side surface of the mounting part 1, and the other shorter side 7 has an oval outline.
