Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest lekki kompozyt cementowy, według wynalazku, zawierający skrobię, który charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go mieszanina 20 - 100 części wagowych cementu powszechnego użytku, 100 części wagowych wody, 1-10 części wagowych zżelowanej skrobi, 0 - 40 części wagowych drobnego wypełniacza mineralnego, 0 - 15 części wagowych gipsu budowlanego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania lekkiego kompozytu cementowego, według wynalazku, polegający na mieszaniu mieszaniny zawierającej cement powszechnego użytku, wodę i skrobię, który charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się suche składniki zawierające 20 - 100 części wagowych cementu, 1 - 10 części wagowych skrobi, dodaje się 100 części wagowych wody, następnie miesza się do otrzymania jednorodnego zaczynu, a otrzymaną zawiesinę podgrzewa się, przy ciągłym mieszaniu, do temperatury żelowania skrobi (np. 45°C - 95°C), aż do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji mieszanki. Mieszanina suchych składników zawiera dodatkowo do 40 części wagowych drobnego wypełniacza mineralnego i/lub do 15 części wagowych gipsu budowlanego. Korzystnie dodaje się do mieszanki (po zżelowaniu skrobi) kruszywo budowlane w ilości od 40% do 70% objętościowych w stosunku do mieszanki.The subject of the application is a lightweight cement composite, according to the invention, containing starch, which is characterized by the fact that it is a mixture of 20 - 100 parts by weight of common cement, 100 parts by weight of water, 1-10 parts by weight of gelatinized starch, 0 - 40 parts by weight of fine mineral filler, 0 - 15 parts by weight of building plaster. The application also covers a method for producing a lightweight cement composite according to the invention, consisting in mixing a mixture containing general-use cement, water and starch, which is characterized by mixing dry ingredients containing 20 - 100 parts by weight of cement, 1 - 10 parts by weight of starch, 100 parts by weight of water are added, then mixed until a homogeneous paste is obtained, and the obtained suspension is heated, with constant stirring, to the starch gelatinization temperature (e.g. 45°C - 95°C) until a uniform consistency of the mixture is obtained. The mixture of dry ingredients additionally contains up to 40 parts by weight of fine mineral filler and/or up to 15 parts by weight of building plaster. Preferably, construction aggregate is added to the mixture (after starch gelatinization) in an amount ranging from 40% to 70% by volume of the mixture.
