Abstract
Guma do żucia z wapniem charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z: gumy bazowej 40%, +/- 5%, przy czym zmniejszenie ilości gumy bazowej skutkuje zwiększeniem ilości gumy arabskiej 7%, +/- 5%, przy czym zmniejszenie ilości gumy arabskiej skutkuje zwiększeniem ilości gumy bazowej, gliceryny 3%, lecytyny sojowej 3%, aromatów wybranych spośród: mentolu, eukaliptusa lub aromatów owocowych w ilości do proporcjach 1% dwutlenku tytanu 0,5%, BHT - butyl hydroksytoluen 0,002%. Preparat węglanu wapnia pozyskanego ze skorupek jaj kurzych w ilości od 10% do 15 %. Ksylitolu — uzupełniającego mieszaninę do 100% ilości wskazano w jako % wagowe, a preparat wapniowy ma postać rozdrobnioną i zawiera Min. 98% węglanu wapnia, Max. 2% białka i co najwyżej 230 - 250 ppm strontu i jest frakcjonowany tak, że zawiera Minimum 70% udziału procentowego frakcji poniżej 30 µm, Maximum 30% udziału procentowego frakcji powyżej 50 µm, jego ciężar właściwy wynosi min. 1,4 g/cm<sup>3</sup>, a gęstość nasypowa min. 0,90 g/dm<sup>3</sup>.
