Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ do pomiaru względnej przenikalności dielektrycznej materiału stosowanego w urządzeniu wytwarzania przyrostowego, znajdujący zastosowywanie w urządzeniach takich jak maszyny produkujące filament, drukarki 3D do wytwarzania addytywnego w tym drukarka 3D w technologii FFF, drukarka 3D drukująca płynną żywicą światłoutwardzalną, drukarka 3D drukująca betonem i innymi materiałami budowlanymi. Układ charakteryzuje się tym, że na rurce pozycjonującej (4), w której przemieszczany jest swobodnie filament (1), osaczone są elektrody dodatnie (5) i ujemne (6) co najmniej jednego kondensatora pomiarowego, przy czym każdy kondensator pomiarowy połączony jest z konwerterem pojemnościowo cyfrowym (7) ponadto kondensator pomiarowy i konwerter pojemnościowo cyfrowy (7) obudowane są ekranem elektromagnetycznym (11).The subject of the application is a system for measuring the relative dielectric permittivity of a material used in an additive manufacturing device, used in devices such as filament producing machines, 3D printers for additive manufacturing, including a 3D printer using FFF technology, a 3D printer printing with liquid light-cured resin, a 3D printer printing with concrete. and other construction materials.
