Abstract

Segment schodowy, wykonany z jednego arkusza wyrobu hutniczego, stanowiący element składowy konstrukcji umożliwiającej przechodzenie pomiędzy poziomami, zawierający stopnicę, podstopnicę oraz detale dodatkowe charakteryzujący się tym, że stopnica (1) posiada umieszczone po obu stronach swoich węższych krawędzi (1a) dwie burty boczne (2), które zagięte są ku dołowi, pod kątem α wynoszącym 90°, mierzonym w stosunku do powierzchni biegowej (1b) stopnicy (1), jednocześnie powierzchnia biegowa (1b) wyposażona jest w co najmniej cztery rzędy przetłoczeń (3), tworzących na powierzchni biegowej (1b) strukturę symetryczną, która posiada w widoku z boku kształt zbliżony do sinusoidy, przy czym pomiędzy skrajnymi rzędami przetłoczeń (3a) a krawędzią dłuższych boków (1c) stopnicy (1) znajdują się obszary dystansowe (4), których szerokość (W) wynosi od 45 do 50 mm, natomiast każde pojedyncze przetłoczenie (3) posiada kształt ściętego stożka, gdzie wysokość mierzona od powierzchni biegowej (1b) do przecinającej stożek płaszczyzny (3a) wynosi od 4 do 8 mm, z kolei pomiędzy węższym bokiem (2a) burty bocznej (2) a powierzchnią podstopnicy (5) znajduje się szczelina (6), przy tym stopnica (1) wraz z burtami bocznymi (2) oraz przetłoczeniami (3), a także podstopnica (2) pokryte są powłoką antykorozyjną.A stair segment made of one sheet of metallurgical product, constituting a component of the structure enabling movement between levels, containing a tread, a riser and additional details, characterized by the fact that the tread (1) has two side walls placed on both sides of its narrower edges (1a) ( 2), which are bent downwards at an angle α of 90°, measured in relation to the running surface (1b) of the tread (1), at the same time the running surface (1b) is equipped with at least four rows of embossments (3), creating running surface (1b) a symmetrical structure, which in the side view has a shape similar to a sinusoid, and between the extreme rows of embossments (3a) and the edge of the longer sides (1c) of the treads (1) there are spacer areas (4), the width of which ( W) is from 45 to 50 mm, while each individual embossment (3) has the shape of a truncated cone, where the height measured from the running surface (1b) to the plane intersecting the cone (3a) is from 4 to 8 mm, and between the narrower side ( 2a) of the side board (2) and the surface of the riser (5) there is a slot (6), and the riser (1) together with the side boards (2) and embossments (3), as well as the riser (2) are covered with an anti-corrosion coating.
