Rolka przenośnika wyposażona z jednej strony w czop bierny łożyskowany, a z drugiej strony w czop napędowy, wyróżnia się tym, że na głównej osi (11) osadzony jest zewnętrzny płaszcz (4) z wzdłużnym wycięciem (1a) i z poprzecznym wycięciem (1b) i wewnętrzny płaszcz (3) z blokującym sworzniem (2), który poprzez wsunięcie wewnętrznego płaszcza (3) do zewnętrznego płaszcza (4) wprowadzony jest do poprzecznego wycięcia (1b), co powoduje skrócenie rolki, a na głównej osi (11) znajduje się sprężyna (9) ustalająca długość roboczą rolki.
