Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania zawiesiny wermikulitu eksfoliowanego termicznie, obejmujący następujące etapy: a) termicznego eksfoliowania wermikulitu poprzez i) ogrzewanie wermikulitu w piecu w temperaturze zawierającej się w zakresie 300 - 1200°C przez 1-5 sekund, ii) chłodzenie ogrzanego w etapie i) wermikulitu eksfoliowanego termicznie do temperatury poniżej 100°C w strumieniu powietrza z wytworzeniem wermikulitu eksfoliowanego termicznie, oraz b) mielenia na mokro uzyskanego w etapie a) wermikulitu eksfoliowanego termicznie w ośrodku dyspersyjnym, który stanowią krzemiany alkaliczne z wytworzeniem zawiesiny w postaci stabilnej pasty wermikulitowej. Zgłoszenie dostarcza również środka gaśniczego oraz pasywnego środka przeciwpożarowego, zawierającego zawiesinę wermikulitu eksfoliowanego termicznie, ich zastosowania, oraz urządzenia gaśniczego i gaśnicy.The subject of the application is a method for producing a suspension of thermally exfoliated vermiculite, including the following stages: a) thermal exfoliation of vermiculite by i) heating the vermiculite in an oven at a temperature in the range of 300 - 1200°C for 1-5 seconds, ii) cooling the heated vermiculite in step i ) thermally exfoliated vermiculite to a temperature below 100°C in an air stream to obtain thermally exfoliated vermiculite, and b) wet grinding obtained in step a) thermally exfoliated vermiculite in a dispersion medium which consists of alkali silicates to obtain a suspension in the form of a stable vermiculite paste. The application also provides a fire extinguishing agent and a passive fire extinguishing agent containing a suspension of thermally exfoliated vermiculite, their uses, and a fire extinguishing device and extinguisher.
