Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku są wykroje walców stosowanych do walcowania szyn kolejowych i/lub tramwajowych zwłaszcza walców wykańczających przedgotowych i walców wykańczających gotowych charakteryzujące się tym, że wykroje powierzchni roboczej walców kształtujących dolną powierzchnię stopki szyny są wypukłe przy czym linie tworzące wypukłość wykroju walca są w miejscu ich styku zaokrąglone promieniem a wielkość wypukłości wykrojów walców liczona od linii prostej łączącej końce wykroju walca przeznaczonego do kształtowania stopki szyny jest w zakresie 0,5 mm do 2,0 mm dla wykroju walca przedgotowego i w zakresie 0,2 mm do 0,75 mm dla wykroju walca gotowego.
