Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są roztwory do wytwarzania folii trójwarstwowej, sposób wytwarzania roztworów do wytwarzania folii trójwarstwowej i folia trójwarstwowa. Roztworami do wytwarzania folii trójwarstwowej są roztwory furcellaranu (1 g FUR/99 ml H<sub>2</sub>O) oraz 1% chitozanu (1 g CHIT/99 ml 2% kwasu octowego), do których, na 100 ml roztworu furcellaranu oraz chitozanu dodano 1 ml gliceryny. Do tak przygotowanego roztworu furcellaranu w ilości 250 ml dodano 0,75 g hydrolizatu żelatynowego, a powstały roztwór użyto do uformowania pierwszej warstwy folii trójwarstwowej. Roztwór do wytworzenia środkowej warstwy otrzymano z zakwaszonej porcji roztworu furcellaranu w ilości 250 ml, do którego dodano 10 kropel 10% kwasu solnego i mieszano przez 10 minut. Roztwór furcellaranu z kwasem solnym użyto do uformowania środkowej warstwy po wylaniu go na wcześniej przygotowaną pierwszą warstwę żelową furcellaranu i pozostawiono na 20 minut. Roztworem do wytworzenia trzeciej warstwy był roztwór chitozanu (CHIT), do którego dodano hydrolizat żelatynowy (HGEL), w ilości 0,75 g HGEL na 100 ml 1% CHIT, i pozostawiono na mieszadle na 30 minut przy temperaturze 40°C.
