Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest okno dachowe zbudowane z ramy z pakietem szybowym, ramy ościeżnicy oraz rama z pakietem szybowym zbudowana z połączonych ze sobą czterech ramiaków (11), okno charakteryzuje się tym, że pakiet szybowy zbudowany jest z szyby zewnętrznej będącej izolowaną próżniowo szybą zespoloną (31) oraz co najmniej jednej szyby wewnętrznej (32, 33) znajdującej się pod izolowaną próżniowo szybą zespoloną (31) oraz pole powierzchni szyby wewnętrznej (32, 33) jest mniejsze niż pole powierzchni izolowanej próżniowo szyby zespolonej (31).
