Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja smaru plastycznego, zawierająca: olej bazowy wybrany spośród oleju mineralnego pochodzącego z destylacji ropy naftowej, oleju parafinowego, oleju naftenowego, oleju z recyklingu, oleju węglowodorowego zawierającego oleje smarne, oleju syntetycznego i ich mieszanin; zagęszczacz typu mydło o wzorze R-Me, gdzie R pochodzi od hydroksykwasu, estru hydroksykwasu zawierających 9-36 atomów węgla lub ich mieszanin, a Me oznacza wapń; zagęszczacz typu polimer polimocznikowy; charakteryzująca się tym, że zagęszczacz typu polimer polimocznikowy występujący w ilości 1-5% wag. jest przedstawiony wzorem (R'-NH-CO-NH-Ar-NH-CO-NH-R")<sub>n</sub>, gdzie: R' pochodzi od aminy pierwszorzędowej zawierającej 12-18 atomów węgla, R" pochodzi od dwuaminy alifatycznej bądź aromatycznej zawierającej 2-16 atomów węgla, Ar oznacza węglowodór aromatyczny zawierający 6-20 atomów węgla, n wynosi pomiędzy 2 a 20. Kolejnym przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji smaru plastycznego według wynalazku, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a. do reaktora wyposażonego w mieszadło wprowadza się olej bazowy w temperaturze około 15-40°C; b. następnie do oleju bazowego dodaje się kolejno aminę pierwszorzędową o 12-18 atomach węgla oraz aminę drugorzędową o 2-6 atomów węgla w stosunku molowym 2:1 i mieszając podgrzewa się do 40-70°C do otrzymania jednorodnej mieszaniny amin; c. następnie dodaje się pod normalnym ciśnieniem diizocyjanian w stosunku molowym diizocyjanian:amina pierwszorzędowa:amina drugorzędowa 2:2:1; d. po wymieszaniu dodaje się hydroksykwas lub ester hydroksykwasu zawierającego 9-36 atomów węgla, lub ich mieszaninę w ilości 4-6% w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę kompozycji smaru i po jego rozpuszczeniu w polimerze dodaje się pod normalnym ciśnieniem mieszaninę wapna w oleju bazowym; e. reaktor ogrzewa się do osiągnięcia temperatury wewnątrz reaktora w zakresie 100-120°C; f. po odwodnieniu do reaktora dodaje się olej bazowy w ilości 25-30% w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę kompozycji smaru i ogrzewa się do 110-130°C aż do zagęszczenia zawartości reaktora; g. po osiągnięciu zagęszczenia, mieszaninę schładza się olejem bazowym w ilości 30-40% w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę kompozycji smaru; h. opcjonalnie do otrzymanego smaru dodaje się dodatki uszlachetniające; i. otrzymany smar poddaje się homogenizacji i odpowietrzeniu.
