Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy środka inhibitującego korozję do elektrochemicznego wytwarzania powłok cynkowych o zwiększonej odporności na korozję oraz sposób nakładania trwałych powłok cynkowych z zastosowaniem tego środka, polegający na elektrochemicznym osadzeniu warstwy cynkowej z bezcyjankowej kąpieli alkalicznej, wytworzeniu warstwy konwersyjnej w roztworze pasywującym oraz uszczelnieniu powłoki cynkowej w kąpieli uszczelniającej. Środek inhibitujący korozję zgodnie ze zgłoszeniem ma postać wodnego roztworu 2-merkaptobenzotiazolu o stężeniu 0,05 – 1%, korzystnie 0,1 – 0,5% w roztworze wodorotlenku potasu lub sodu o stężeniu 0,5 — 2%, korzystnie 1%. Istotą zgłoszenia jest także sposób galwanicznego tworzenia powłok cynkowych polegający na elektrochemicznym osadzeniu powłoki cynkowej na podłożu stalowym z kąpieli alkalicznej pozbawionej cyjanków, a następnie wytworzeniu warstwy konwersyjnej w roztworze pasywującym opartym na związkach chromu trójwartościowego celem wytworzenia folii ochronnej i końcowym uszczelnieniu powłoki w lakierze, polegający na tym, że do kąpieli cynkującej i/ lub kąpieli pasywującej dodaje się od 1 do 10 ml/l kompozycji, korzystnie 3 — 5 ml/l wodnego roztworu 2-merkaptobenzotiazolu o stężeniu 0,05 – 1% korzystnie 0,1 - 0,5% w wodnym roztworze wodorotlenku potasu lub sodu o stężeniu 0,5 – 2% korzystnie 1%.The application concerns a corrosion inhibiting agent for the electrochemical production of zinc coatings with increased corrosion resistance and a method of applying durable zinc coatings using this agent, consisting in electrochemically depositing a zinc layer from a cyanide-free alkaline bath, creating a conversion layer in a passivating solution and sealing the zinc coating in a sealing bath . The corrosion inhibitor according to the application is in the form of an aqueous solution of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole at a concentration of 0.05 - 1%, preferably 0.1 - 0.5% in a solution of potassium or sodium hydroxide at a concentration of 0.5 - 2%, preferably 1%. The essence of the application is also the method of galvanic creation of zinc coatings consisting in electrochemical deposition of a zinc coating on a steel substrate from an alkaline bath without cyanides, and then creating a conversion layer in a passivating solution based on trivalent chromium compounds to produce a protective film and finally sealing the coating in the varnish, consisting in in that 1 to 10 ml/l of the composition, preferably 3 - 5 ml/l of an aqueous solution of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole with a concentration of 0.05 - 1%, preferably 0.1 - 0.5, is added to the zinc bath and/or passivating bath % in an aqueous solution of potassium or sodium hydroxide with a concentration of 0.5 - 2%, preferably 1%.
